DE filtered an 04 Merlot/Cab Sauv blend today and tipped the empty tank over on it's side to make an internal inspection hence the gloves. I found these nasty cysts inside the patient. Used my trusty utility knife. (Homeyland Security forbids me to show it). Planning to bottle this mid-April.
